Roll call

Who were are...

Dad
I'm 36 years old, I have high blood pressure, not extremely high, but I have to take medication for it. I want to see if changing our diet can really improve my health.

Mom
I am 35 years old and very overweight, I always have been. I am the last one in my family who has not had gastric bypass surgery. I exercise about twice a week and eat the same food as the rest of the family, but for me, it turns into fat. I was borderline diabetic during my pregnancy and don't want that to become an eventuality. Recently, I was also diagnosed with a serious vitamin D deficiency. I want to lose weight, balance my body and feel more energetic.

E-16
I'm 16 and always had problems with socializing (autism spectrum) and acne. I'm thinking that this diet may help me socialize with others and clear up my skin.

J-1
I'm 16 months... so Mommy has to type for me.  I really don't care what I eat, as long as I get NOW.  Mommy and Daddy are always worrying about cutting my food into tiny bites, and making sure that I get enough different foods, because if it were up to me, I'd eat noodles, all day, every day.  I have been eating better than anyone in the house already, since my baby food has been organic, and primarily plant-based.  But now that table foods are in the mix, I hope to curb any bad habits from starting.
